It’s important to search for exactly for you’re looking for, because its easy to get lost in all the opportunities.
What’s your advice for residents who are beginning their job search?
Make a mental checklist of certain job requirements you can or cannot live without in your job search. Show genuine interest, because you never know where an opportunity can present itself.

Work/life balance and location.
